Refunds & Cancellation Policy
This is a brief outline of fanC laundry Refund & Cancellation policy. For more detailed information please read the Terms & Conditions agreement.
Pick-up/Delivery Cancellation policy
All services will be provided by a fanC laundry Provider/Partner assigned to you. Pick-up/Delivery will take place on a predetermined day and frequency, except on certain holidays, as determined by you. fanC laundry or you may change the predetermined pick-up/delivery times, permanently or temporary, with advance notice by either you or fanC laundry. fanC laundry requires at least 2 hours notice prior to any change or cancellation. If you cancel a pickup less than 2 hours before your requested time, rescheduled a delivery after the designated time for change, or if our partners cannot deliver or pickup an order because you or your designee failed to appear, we may charge a cancellation fee (currently set at $15) to the card on file. If you’d like to leave your items at a secure spot for pick up, it will be at your own risk. This is also true for delivery. Items left for pick up are not under our care until we have retrieved said items. Items left for delivery at the predetermined location will not be under our care once they have been left at the agreed upon location. fanC laundry and its Providers/Partners are not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pick-up or delivery. fanC laundry will not leave items in the possession of any other person that is not the owner of those items unless the owner has given consent. The customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her laundry is delivered safely to the fanC laundry Provider/Partner.
Missed/Unattended Pick-up or Delivery
If the customer misses the scheduled pickup/ delivery, the customer must coordinate with their fanC laundry Provider to reschedule. Customers may be subject to a missed pickup/ delivery fee of $15 if they fail to notify their Provider 1 or more hours prior to the scheduled day & time for pickup or delivery.
Payment
Residential & Commercial customers: Service will not begin until fanC laundry has secured payment information via a valid & current credit card. Customers will be charged for services at the time order is placed for pick-up of their items; however, charges may appear or be applied to the customer’s account and payment information after 48 hours, if an inaccurate order is placed. Example: If a customer places an order for 2 bags, but 3 bags are picked up and processed for laundry. All online payments are processed through fanC laundry secured Stripe payment system. I understand by inputting my payment information it is authorization as payment for services rendered. fanC laundry does not accept cash.
fanC laundry reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment should never be made directly to the fanC laundry Provider/Partner. If additional services outside of the customer’s initial request are requested, the customer authorizes fanC laundry to charge the fee for such services to his/her credit card on file. fanC laundry reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, disrupt and/or terminate a customer’s account and the services to be provided to the customer in the event an invoice is not fully paid. Late Fees and termination or suspension of a customer’s account and services shall apply to commercial customers and residential customers. In the event, a payment method is dishonored, rejected or otherwise not capable of being processed (“Payment Denial”), fanC laundry may assess additional fees to account for any additional expenses or servicing incurred by fanC laundry or a fanC laundry Provider/Partner as a result of such Payment Denial.
Refunds
Except as described in this paragraph, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. A customer who has signed up for a prepaid package plan will have the right to cancel his or her contract within fourteen (14) days of signing up for the fanC laundry service and receive a full refund if no promotional value was received. After such fourteen day period, fanC laundry shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid by the customer. If a promotional value was received the sale is final and the payment is non-refundable.
