How much does it cost?

For standard, wash & fold service we charge a flat rate per bag. Fill a 13 gallon standard trash bag & make sure the bag closes. Included with the bag price are items needing special care; hand-wash, air-dry, stain treatment. We'll also hang and fold according to your preferences. Ironing is a separate fee of $3 per garment. Items that are not clothing (comforters, blankets, pillows, tablecloths, cleaning rags, etc.) are priced based on the quantity and other processing requirements.

How do I get started?

Setting up laundry service is easy! Fill out the "Book A Pickup" order form and place your first order!

When is my laundry returned?

We offer next day, and 2 day service. Prices vary based on the return day. Please see pricing under "Book A Pickup" for details. 

What types of laundry do you clean?

We clean laundry for residential and commercial clients. MOST items accepted from everyday wear, tablecloths, bedding, and more - we can clean them!

Can you dry clean items?

Not at this time. 

What services do you offer?

Our basic service is wash & fold. This includes wet-washing garments and drying in a dryer or air-drying. In addition to wash & fold, we also offer: *Fold-only service *Ironing *Bulky Items

What if my laundry doesn't fit in my bag?

If your bag is overstuffed or unable to close, an overage charge may apply. To avoid overage charges, be sure your filled bag is able to close completely and no loose items are left outside of the bag.

What do I do if I have a delicate garment that needs hand washed?

Separate the item from the rest of your clothes by placing it in a bag, within the bag. Include a note that says "Hand Wash" with the item.

Can I give someone else my bag to give to the driver?

If you will not be present during your scheduled pick-up day, we will accept your bag from someone else. To maintain the security of your items, we will not drop-off to anyone other than yourself, unless you specifically contact us and instruct us otherwise.

When do I pay for services?

Payments are processed via our secure processor when the order is placed.

What if I miss my pickup/drop-off time?

If you miss your pick-up or drop-off timeframe, a missed pick-up or missed drop off fee may be assessed. Avoid these additional fees (currently $20 for a missed pickup, price subject to change) by notifying and rescheduling your pick-up/ drop off at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. Please note: if you’ve pre-paid for service, you will not be refunded for missed pick-ups.

What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?

We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry. Please also see Terms & Conditions as we are not responsible for items left in pockets or any area of the laundry.

How do I find out if you cover my area?

We service MOST of the Atlanta metro/surrounding areas. Feel free to reach out to us to confirm. There may be a bag minimum for certain areas. 

How do I know how much wash & fold I'm sending?

Our wash and fold service is charged a fixed rate per 13-gallon bag, which is typically the same size as a standard kitchen trash bag. If you've sent your laundry in 13-gal bags, that's the number of bags you'll see on your receipt. *If you send laundry in anything other than a 13-gallon bag, we'll measure and charge accordingly.

How do I pay?

fanC Laundry uses a convenient, cashless payment system. Your payment information is stored on our secure server. When your order is placed, your credit card is charged for the amount of bags given and additional services requested (ironing * dry cleaning courier * rush * etc.). We accept Visa  * Discover * Master Card * AMEX.

Can you clean my comforter?

Yes! We're able to wet-wash comforters of all sizes.

How do I schedule a pick up?

I have allergies, do you use allergen free products?

Be sure to select "YES" to our allergy question in the order form & inform the fanC laundry provider of any allergies to laundering and cleaning products you have. We always offer a hypo-allergenic option free of charge!

Can I get my garments ironed?

Yes! The cost for ironing is $3 per garment. Simply tell your Provider which item(s) need ironed and your starch preference. We’ll press/steam according to your specifications.

Are my clothes washed with other people's clothes?

NO! Each bag is processed by itself. We will never clean your clothes with another customer’s clothing.

What if I'm missing an item of clothing from my returned order?

Please notify fanC Laundry of any missing items listed on the inventory sheet within 48 hours of drop off. If your item is not located after further investigation, we will reimburse you an amount equal to your proof of purchase amount, limited to a maximum of $100.00USD and a maximum total of $200.00USD per customer.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards (visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not accept cash or checks.
